Pantograph Services can offer a full range of computer controlled and manual engraving machines which can all be demonstrated at our Leeds premises. Advice can be offered on a machine suitable for your requirements, we will be only too pleased to prepare a full quotation.

Servicing and Repairs
Pantograph Services are able to offer you a comprehensive servicing and repair facility throughout the country. This includes on site servicing, emergency breakdown, fully works overhauled machines and in house reconditioning and repairs.

Works Overhauled Machines
At Leeds we have a fully equipped machining facility enabling us to offer works overhauled machines which have been completely stripped down, checked for wear, re-machined, new parts fitted where necessary, and painted. Finally the machine is checked to ensure that it is within manufacturers original limits.

This enables us to offer a full one years warranty.

This reconditioning and repair service also applies to accessories and spares such as :- broken copy table bosses, remachined pulleys, pulley assemblies re-built, metal spraying for broken castings, spindle and pantograph overhauls (in some cases we can offer a loans service while your equipment is being repaired).

Your Machines Works Overhauled
The same service as above is available on your machines at our premises. Basically you end up with an "as new" machine for a fraction of the cost including a one year warranty.

Collection and delivery is included in the price.

Gravograph Computer Engraving Machine Service

Training available on Gravograph and other manufactures Computer and Manual Engraving Machines
At Pantograph Services we operate several Gravograph engraving machines using the latest Gravostyle Software at Graphic level. Training is available to enable you to get the most out of your engraving machine.

Engraving Service
We have a dedicated engraving team ready to assist you with your engraving needs. At Pantograph Services we have always said that we will never compete with our customers for work. Our engraving team operate several engraving machines undertaking work that has been outsourced from our customers. We cover work due to machine breakdown, overflow of work when our customers are too busy, engraving work that is felt to be too complex or simply completing engraving freeing time for our customers to carry out other activities.

As an outsourcing option we appreciate that cost is paramount. We therefore endevour to offer competitive prices which will allow you to add your mark up.

We currently undertake engraving from simple engraved discs, switch plates & signage to complex or large panels up to a maximum of 1220mm x 610mm.

As an alternative service we also offer a “File Creation” option. Subject to you having compatible software we are able to create engraving files including toolpaths and email these to you ready for you to engrave. Likewise if you have a pre-saved job, this can be emailed to us and we will produce the engraving for you.
